Drop Down List Help

I'm displaying a drop down list using DV. For some reason when I click the
down arrow in the cell, the list displays from the bottom up. I'd like for
it to display from the top down and can't figure out how to do it.

Not sure if this is related but I've got 45 names currently in the drop down
list and when naming the list, I included 60 cells (15 past the last name in
the list) in the event I add names to the list. Please help.

Thanks, Don. I'm not sure where to put the offset function you're referring
to. Does it go in the naming box in the upper left corner of the worksheet,
in the insert>name>define>name it>mylist>in the refers to box, or does it go
in the Source box in the data validation window? I understand the concept
and researched the offset function but can't figure out mechanically how to
execute it.

I appreciate your help.

A re-read of my instructions would be of assistance.
The offset formula goes in the refersto: box
The =mylist goes in the dv where you select list and then =mylist below.
If desired, send your file to my address below along with this msg and
a clear explanation of what you want and before/after examples.
