Drop Down List - formatting

Hi Everyone

I have created some drop-down lists using Data / Validation / Allow Lists

The lists work fine BUT the viewing size of data in the list is tweeny weeny
and some people in the office will have trouble reading what's in the list!

How can I:

A) Change the text size
B) Change the number of lines shown in the list?
