Drop Down List and Check Box

Hi...I was search for this topic but don`t found the solve...Anyway I
have a drop down list like this

and this

ok my questions is what is (Blanks) and (NonBlanks)...? Is it possible
for me to see only all the check box that was checked or vice
versa...??? How to make a total below the checkbox i mean when someone
check the check box, a total number appear below the last check box

In Data>Filter>AutofilterThe [blanks] and [nonblanks] allows you to filter the table to show only rows where the cell is blank, or filter for all cells that aren't blank

For any filter, you are filtering on the cell, not the check boxes on top of the cells

For counting, you will need to link the check boxes to cells and then count the number of cells which return "true" to get the number of checked checkboxes. Under Properties you will find a row titled LinkedCell. Then uses the COUNTIF function on these linked cells

You could also use the linked cells to apply a filter to show all checked or unchecked rows

thanks ~x......I got it.....it solve my problem....anyway anothe
question.....according to my previous file, why my list doesn`t appea
when I open it in Excel 2002...?? Does this feature only in Exce
2003...??? Can we create our own list that can sorting when we clicke
using function...?? If can, what the function name..?
