Drop down in a form

I want to be able to enter data into a form using a lookup wizard. But if
the item does not exist I want to be able to open a form to add it to the
associated table.

For example: The form is asking for the country of origin, but Canada is
not in the table of Countries. I want the user to be able to decide if they
want to add to the existing list, and if they do, I want the program to open
a form to enable them to do so.

Another example: The form asks for the supplier name, but Joe Blow is not
in the the table of suppliers. I want the user to be able to add him to the
table with a form, so that they can add all pertinent information associated,
(i.e. address, phone, etc.) Then when the supplier is added I want to return
to the original form to continue on.
