drop down email list in 'TO' field

Hi, I am using Outlook 2003 with an exchange and couple of imap
accounts. I am having problems with the 'TO' field when composing new
messages. When I start entering name in the "To" section while
composing a new email, it shows a drop down list of names/emails for me
to choose from. However, this list refreshes (disappears) everytime I
restart Outlook. If I close Outlook 2003 and open it again, it will
forget everything and start all over again. Other users in the office
do not seem to have this problem, but are not sure why?

Is there any setting I can change to show the drop down list everytime
I send an email?

any help will be much appreciated
 
I read some other thread on this feature. I will like to re-state my
problem. In Outlook 2003, my autocomplete feature seem to work but the
cache file resets itself everytime I close/re-open outlook. So, at
work, the feature works wonder during the entire day but the next
morning, the cache seems to have cleared it self.

How can this be fixed, thanks!
