drop down boxes

need help

Is there anyway to create a drop down box without going
through visual basics?
 
Hi!

Try using Data > Validation
Select the list drop down

You can provide the list in the dialog by separating items with your
usual separator (, or ;)
Or you can give a range for the list if it is on the same sheet
Or you can give a range name for the location of the list.
