Drop down boxes in word template form not showing up in outlook

First off, I have Windows 2003 Office. I have created a Microsoft Word
template form that will open Microsoft Outlook when opened by the user. The
template has drop down boxes with upto the max of 25 choices in each drop
down box. Problem is that when the user sends the email to someone, the drop
down boxes show nothing...they are blank while the other information they
fill in is still there. Can someone please help?

Such Word form elements don't work in email messages. Better to send the document as an attachment.
