drop down box

How do I create a drop down box in a cell? I would like 2 drop down boxes
on a sheet, one to select a different sheet to get data from and another one
that simply has 3 options.

Click on the cell, select

DATA>VALIDATION>LIST

Make sure "in-cell dropdown" is checked and put the source cells in the
SOURCE box.
