drop-down box on form is returning all selections

Hello. We have a drop-down box in a form. The results are submitted via
email. However, when a user makes only one selection from the drop-down list,
all values are returned, not just the one they have selected.

You need to check the dropdown properties and make sure multiple selection is not enabled or post a
URL to the form for someone to look at.
