DRM Security upgrade

I can't play any music that I have downloaded on my pc now. It says to up
grade DRM. I went to the music suscriber I use and they went through stesp
having me delete my DRM file, which I did. Then I was to go to this site
www.tinyurl.com/4a4b8 which I did to upgrade windows security drm. But the
upgrade icon isn't working on that page. I am not sure why it will not let me
upgrade? I am getting the yellow triangle at the bottom of the page showing
script errors on the page??? Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you..

"Licenses for your media files are corrupted" or "License is either corrupted
or not valid" error message when you try to play licensed media files
