DRM file not there

OK, so I've used the "regedit" method of finding the location of my DRM
folder so that I can delete the files in it and reset my licences. One
problem... it isn't there. HELP?!?!? I have purchased content that I cannot
watch on this damn Vista computer because the DRM's are corrupt.
