I know what this problem is, but I can't get by the blue screen of death
displaying it to fix it. I can't start up in any mode, safe or otherwise. Can
anybody help me?

You will need to use the Recovery Console to repair the installation. See
the following article for the information.

try removing the piece of hardware that is causing the problem, it is
usually a hardware problem that causes this error, i know my NIC card does
it all the time, as soon as i transfered over to USB ive never seen it
since. Also my second machine has trouble with the sound card and it
sometimes causes this error
