Driver?

I'm having a problem with my new computer, I think i'm
missing a video driver or something. I get an error
message when i try to open a game, and then it askes me
if i want to send a problem report. I also can't play
any DVDs, and when I try to maximize my visualizations on
Winsows media player it minamizes it right a way without
showing anything. Neet help please thanks.

If it's a new pc then take it back and show them the problem. If you start
messing you may invalidate the warranty.
