i have a game that keeps crashing i have been told by the helpoptions on the
game that i need to update my vidoe card and sound card i have xp can any won

What's the game, and what video and sound cards are you using?

Ask the company that wrote the game for the minimum video card and sound
card specifications they recommend. Then shop for cards with those
specifications.

not sufficient, as in "you need to install real ones".
