A pop-up message tells me on start up that my "Devices
application is disabled"
"Direct CD will cause widows to become unstable.Windows
has prevented these drivers from loading".
Please contact driver manufacturer for an update that is
compatable with this version.
The address given is :- Roxio.com/en/jhtm.xpupdate.
I've tried this address to find a suitable driver update
without success.
Can anyone help?

What version of Roxio do you have? You may have to upgrade to a newer
version.

Did you upgrade to WinXP from a previous version of Windows? If you
did, and you have CD Creator Ver 4 or lower, you have to <gasp> BUY
the upgrade to Ver 5 (or higher) in order to use it with WinXP. The
earlier version aren't compatible with WinXP.

If you have the newer versions and are having this problem, you should
go to the Roxio site (www.roxio.com) and email their tech support.
