Driver loading Problem

Hi,
I had problem to load windows driver 'VDOWAVE.DRV' and its related DLLs
: VDODEC32.DLL and VDOENC32.DLL in Windows Xp sp2,
i had to use a program that use this driver, this program design for
windows 98/me but i HAD TO use it in Windows XP
