Driver installation

I recently installed a new monitor (Viewsonic 19" widescreen) I installed the
driver and software that came with the monitor. On restart I am stuck with
having to start in safe mode. The error message window (in blue) goes too
quick for me to read the issue. I did a System restore to an earlier date to
try to resolve the issue with no luck. Any suggestions?

Try tapping the F8 key on starting pc,select safe mode,enter xp as
administrator.
In xp,go to run,type:cmd In cmd type:CHKDSK C: /F Agree to restart,type:
EXIT Open device mgr,Expand the monitor tree to the hardware,R.click,select
uninstall,close out,restart pc.XP will reinstall monitor on restart.
