Driver for RT73 USB Wireless LAN Card

I wonder if anybody could help here. My problem is that I lost my wireless
connection when upgrading from XP Media Center to Vista Home Premium and now
I get the message "Download and install the driver for RT73 USB Wireless LAN
Card" every time I start my PC, but I can't find this driver anywhere and I
don't
have any CD as my Medion Media Center PC came with the XP Media Center
preinstalled. Can anyone help me with a driver or where to fin one? Thanks in
advance.

Hi,

Thanks for the Tip, but I've already tried that and the driver there doesn't
work, but Shawn (the Thread "Hardware and Devices") foud a driver for me
that does the trick here:
