Driver error message

I recently upgraded my computer, installed xp professional and all worked ok.
After I installed server pack2 the computer started shuting down and a
message screen appeared with the following:
DRIVER - IRQ - NOT - LESS- OR - EQUAL

I restored the computer to a point before I installed server pack 2 and it
appeared to work ok. However it has happened again.

Any suggestions?
