Nope. We are talking about changing the letter of the drive Windows is
installed on. Disk Management lets you easily change the letter of any drive
but that one. Changing the letter of the drive Windows is installed on can
*not* be done short of doing it manually in the registry (which is an
error-prone and very dangerous practice).
