Drive mapping

Window 2k is re-mapping one of the network drives to any
open drive letter left in the list. It doesn't map all at
once but over a week it will use up all available drive
letters with the same mapping. How do I get it to stop ??

Find the logon or startup script and make sure it is not using * to map the drive
which will cause it to use the next available letter or configure the script to
delete exisitng mapped drives first or make the mapping not persistent. --- Steve

What version of Office? The most usual culprit here is FindFast - disable
it.

I disabled Fast Find, however the mappings still continue
any other ideas.......

Our logon scripts mappings are not using * to map and are
not persistent already. I tried the other suggestion also
but the mappings still continue. Anything else you can
think of.........
