Drive letter asignment

In My Computer my drives are listed as drive c & d
In My Computer,Manage,disk drives my drives have no drive letters asigned
How do I get drive letters assigned in this part of windows ?
 
Hi,

Right click My Computer/Manage/Disk Management, click disk management and
you shouls see the harddisk/partitions (s) details in the upper right pane
and all the drives detials in the lower right pane.
