Hi all,

After "hard formatting", and performing diagnostics on the
hard disk on this system, I re installed the OS on a FAT32
partition. I had no indicators like this one until after I
installed Norton and ACDsee8. The last suite I installed
under LocalSystem (with password that Windows asks you to
set during install), was Norton antiVirus and Norton
SystemWorks.

Upon startup, I checked the logs in the Applications
Actions area. During Startup Today, this was entered in the
list: (Note: there is binary/hex data included). The help
and support says. Drive/ driver cannot load file
(drive/driver corruption issue) AGAIN.

M$ HAS BLOWN IT BADLY THIS TIME.

There is no popup visible on screen.

I am getting BLOODY tired of this problem. I hope that my
lawyer will take action.

Drive is freshly "zeroed" , partitioned and reinstalled.

System Stats: Windows XPpro with all updates applied except
DotNetFramework.

I am removing the applications one at a time and trying to
locate the offender. I strongly suspect it is a security
hotfix from the 'critical' stack.

If this keeps up I'll be removing all M$ items and
transitioning to a freeware OS.
