I'm sad to tell you that for a good, decent drawing program you are
going to have to fork over some of your hard-earned cash. The only
drawing program that comes with the OS is Paint, which is pretty
limited compared to full function graphic packages. Do a google
search and you'll find many such programs, and places where you can
purchase them.
