Drawing a line

Guest

Hi
I am drafting a wedding response card. I need to draw a line on which the guest can write his/her name. I hit control + dash repeatedly to create the line. However, the line is not smooth and even; underlining does not help. Creating a line from the drawing toolbar is really difficult. Is there any other way to do this? Advice would be much appreciated.

Creating a line from the drawing toolbar is not difficult at all. Click and
drag to get it approximately where you want. The right click, select
properties, and set the position, size, thickness, and color as you need. It
could hardly be simpler, really.

Put the place where people will put names in a Table and give the cell a bottom cell border

TJ,

Thank you so much. Can you tell me how to give the cell a bottom cell border? I've been playing around with it but the bottom line keeps disappearing

Thanks
Michelle
