dragon medical 10 with word 2007

i have been using dragon medical 10 voice dictation with word 2007 for 6
months. today for the first time there was a difficulty opeing word and i had
to close down the program. since then dragon does not dictate properly into
word and i am unable to use the dragon features like select and correct.

at the top of word document ot gives the name of the word document and then
says Microsoft Word non commercial use. Does this mean that word has stopped
working properly. I have a full and licenced version of Word 2007.

my computer is a vista 32, with 4gB ram and 128GB solid state hard drive
with 2.66Mhz dual core propcessor.

Non Commercial use indicates that this is the Home & Student version of
Office - medical transcription work does not sound like non commercial use?
However the Word version in that package is the same as any other (title bar
