Drag Drop Format WindowsForms10PersistentObject

Does anybody know some details about the Format WindowsForms10PersistentObject

I want simulate this format from one ATL c++ Control.
How i need fill IDataObject (FormatETC and StgMedium)
Please can anybody help me?
