Drag and Drop

We often have a problem in our office with people
accidentally dragging and dropping folders into other
folders. When this happens, we have to search for the
folder that was accidentally moved.

Is there a way to prevent dragging and dropping folders,
while still allowing users to create, modify, and delete
the folders? Or, is there a confirmation message that I
can turn on, so they will be alerted that they will be
moving a folder before they do it?
