Drag and drop feature

I read in a quick reference guide that I could drag and drop emails with
attachments to a sharepoint lists document library. Unfortunately this
feature isn't working however I can drag and drop to items such as calendar
and tasks. Does outlook and sharepoint truly have this intigrated capability?
 
Hi!

You should use a discussion board or a task list, this will support adding
items. If you use document libraries you cannot add any new items but have to
use e.g., Word's post feature.
