dr watsons post mortem debugger

does any one know what in the hell doctor watsons post mortem debugger is and
what is with it. it for some messed up reason in my halo folder.
 
drwatson tells you if there are any problems. You usually have to run it
first from start...run....drwatson. if you get any error messages using it
then refer back to this newsgroup.
