Dr. Watson errror message

I am having some problem with Dr. Watson...each time I
try to install a program, or try to use my phone on my
system, my system freeze up. When I try to close the
probram, an error message come up and say: " The program
cannot be closed, ifit is being debugged. Please resume
it or close the debugger first." It took me a whilt to
figure out that Win 2000 had a Dr. Watson Debugger set
up. Now what do I do with this? How do I disable the
debugger and will it affect my sustem afterward?

You can always set these values for these keys to (blank). But I doubt this will fix the issue. Just save the reg entries and see if removing the reg entries help. If not put them back.
