Dr.Watson error occur

hi,
i try to open a excel file but an error(Dr.Watson) occur.
The excel file size is 1032KB.
im using office97. i also try to open it at office2000.
im using windows NT.
please help. icannot open the excel file.

Not really much info to go on. My first response would be to re-install
Excel.
