Windows cannot execute dpvsetup.exe, use add & remove
program control panel to install, error code 0x80004005.

I cannot use the microphone to record. Used to work
fine. Now get this message. Tried Microsoft's fix on
this, which was to increase the sound accelerator, but it
was already increased as far as it would go. I'm lost.
