For those who have upgraded to Firefox 1.0 and found that the
DownloadWith extension no longer works, you can get a version that does
work from here:

There are probably some new features in 1.0?
So it is probably best to wait before upgrading a month or so for some fixes and
the dust to settle? For me, 093 still works OK.

As long as there haven't been any security updates then you might as
well take you time..
