Downloads from Frontpage

Hi, It is quite simple to add downloads to web pages, but the problem is how
do you add the option of either "Open or Save". Currently the doc
automatically opens when you click the hyperlink.

You can't, you have to place a note next to the link to right click and select to open or save or
you make it a zip file so that it is automatically downloaded. In general if the browser understand
the file type and the user has the application associated with the file type install, the document
will open in the browser.
