Please turn your Caps Lock off. How do you mean you are trying to download Word 2002? Where from? You can download Service Packs for NT 4.0.

You can't download either of the products legally.
Besides NT 4.0 is lower then xp, which is NT 5.0

I believe you mean install Word 2002,
what error messages are you getting when you attempt to install Word.
Also to answer your question No you can not "download or install NT 4 into
XP.

You could download either, but would take a long time and is illegal. You
have to buy both these programs.
