I think you are talking about installing rather than downloading. If you
have problems installing software (other than Picture It, because if
your difficulty is just with that one program perhaps the CD is bad),
then there is something wrong with your computer. Since you don't give
any details about your system or the errors, you can't get any help.
Without meaning to be hurtful, my best suggestion to you is that you
call a local computer shop and have them take a look.
