This may be the wrong group to post this question to but
I'm looking at it like this -- If this is the wrong group
to post to, then maybe someone could direct me to the
correct place before I see my last ounce of sanity fly
right out the window
OK -- Enough fluff ...
Is there any place where I could get the big files
suggested in the "Critical Updates" area and the "Windows
XP" area in the Windows Updates?
I just recently bought a new computer with Windows
XP on it but am still on dial-up and am absolutely
dreading trying to download all these big updates. I
might as well just tie up the phone line for three days
trying to get these. Does anyone have any other ideas
(besides getting cable modem or DSL -- not a real cost-
effective measure at the moment).
