Downloading Stationary in Windows Mail

I have followed every step and tried to download new stationary and it is not
showing up in my stationary folder or anywhere else that I can determine. It
appears to be working correctly during each step, but just isn't available
after download.

Amazing! I was just dealing with this today. My friend helped. You have to
find where the download was placed on your computer, then run it from there.
Once you do and seek to use it, it will show up in stationary.

In my case it was downloaded to
C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Stationery

My problem is, now that I have the picture accessible in my stationery
folder, how do I get it on the Email without tiling? I want a single photo
covering the entire background, not tiling.
