Downloading Standard WinXP Fonts

My font folder became unoperational, but I fixed it with
powertools. Now I think I need to re-install my standard
fonts (the ones that came with windows). Where can I get
them?

ALso, I can't
delete any of the
old fonts tha are
in there. It
says, "Can't
read from source
or disk." I'm
guessing the files
don't exist, but I
can't delete them.
