Downloading SP4 as a Flatfile ?

I have three Win2K machines (plus another that I take care of) and I'm
wondering if there is there a way to download the Win2k SP4 as a flat file
so that I can download only once (I've got a slow dial up connection) and
then install from CD onto the other two machines?

P.S. Sorry for what amounts to a cross-post. I didn't realize until after
posting this question to the win2000.setup group that this one existed.
