Downloading sample Databases using NTFS system??

I tried to download a sample dbase from the MS website but I'm running a NTFS
filing system. Why does that matter when it comes to opening the sample .cab
file??
 
In my experience, it doesn't. What sample are you trying to download, and
what happens when you try?
