downloading music not to a all music playlist

I have installed XPsp2 few weeks ago. I am not sure when this problem has
occured. When I am downloading from a website, it just starts to add it to a
now playing list. Before it added it to all music playlist. How can I make
it add it to all music list?

Tools>Options>Player tab>check "add music files to library when played"
Click Apply and OK.
