Every time I try to download something, I get the security message in
Internet Explorer that says that the download has been blocked, and
then I have to click the button to allow it to download. Can I
disable this security message somehow?

I am trying to download something that has a queue. When my download
finally begins, the security message pops up, and when I click to
allow the download, then the page refreshes and I am back at the end
of the queue.

Hi,

Click Tools/Internet Options. On the Security tab click on the internet
zone, then on 'custom level'. Scroll about halfway down to downloads, change
the prompts here.

Just ONE of the many reasons I now use Firefox... except in the rare
case where a site won't render properly. But Firefox has an add-on to
open those sites in IE, either on demand, or every time.
