downloading files

I accidently unchecked the box that says "Always ask
before opening this type of file". Now it always save my
things to my temporary internet files, how do i get that
box checked again? i want it to ask me everytime I
download. Please help. thank you.

Open Windows Explorer and go to Tools | Folder Options | File Types.
Scroll down to the file type in question and select it.
Click Edit or Advanced, depending on your Windows version.
Check the box for "Confirm open after download".
