downloading Excel templettes

I'm trying to download an excel templette, but I get an error message saying
my
virus program wont allow it, I don't have a virus program running!? or even
installed.

Maybe it's your security settings -- from the Start button
for Windows, select Settings, Control Panel, Internet
Options, Security. The Custom Level button allows you to
change the settings if you're brave! I'm making no
recommendations -- just telling you where it is!
