downloading clips from camera

Hi,
I have Canon Powershot S1 IS that I got few months ago. Lately I am having
problem downloading the video that I take, but not the pictures.
Scanner and Camera Wizard recognize the file (AVI) but doesn't download it.
I get the message "The l/0 operation has been aborted because of either a
thread exit or an application request."
I didn't have this problem before and the video does download with no
problem on my roomate computer. We both use Window XP.

Any help would be appreciated.

I do not recommend to use any wizards or third-party software in order
to copy files from the digicam to the harddisk. Just copy/move the files
in Explorer from the virtual drive to the harddisk. When the problem
persists, install a driver update if available.

Video from a digital camera is digital raw video. This video must be
encoded to some file format in order to be saved or played on a PC.
Still pictures are not the problem as the post noted previously.

Thanks guys but it didn't help. I failed to mention that if I use my roomate
computer, he uses XP as well, I am NOT having any problem with it.
