When I am not connected to the internet, I cannot see the graphics in any of
my emails - even if I have downloaded them previously. How do I set up
Outlook 2003 to save the graphics of email files that I have already
downloaded?

Thanks

When you chose the option to download the graphics and closed the message,
did you choose "save" when prompted? If so, they should still be there....
if not, you need to do that. :)

It never prompted me to save the graphics. It just says something like
"graphics in this email have been blocked. click here to download" - and then
it downloads it when I click there. Are you saying i have to do a cntrl-s on
every message that has graphics in it? Im not on my home pc right now so i
cant look at exactly what happens.

When you open the message and see that graphics have been blocked, there's a
place to click that downloads *all* the graphics. And then you can close the
message & select 'save changes' when prompted.
