downloading active x control

ie6 sp2
cannot download active x control from Yahoo, normally when an active x
control is required the sp2 toolbar drops down and offers me the option of
downloading it, not so with the yahoo active x control. I get a message
saying that my security settings wont allow it to be downloaded. Any Ideas

Control panel>internet options>security>custom level,Set the active X
control to prompt.
