downloading a template

I am a first time FP 2003 user and I'm trying to download the Lucidity
template. Instructions say to download the exe.file and I need help.

Ask the provider of the template.....this isn't a frontpage issue.

Download the exe file (right click and save it to your HDD). Surely the web
site you got this template from would give you these basic instructions?
